Exchange Policy
At TNG - The Next Generation, we are dedicated to ensuring a seamless shopping experience with our 10-day Exchange Policy. If you need to exchange your order, simply contact us via WhatsApp.

Exchange Policy for UAE:

Request Timing: Exchange requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.

Order Information: Please provide your Order ID or Invoice to process the exchange.

Pickup Service: TNG will arrange for the pickup of the products from your location along with the delivery of the new item, please note that delivery charges will be applicable for this exchange.

Condition of Items: Items must be unused, undamaged, and unwashed. Any defects or issues not previously communicated will result in the exchange request being REJECTED.

Exchange Delivery: Exchange items will be delivered within 5-7 working days, depending on product availability. Please hand over the item being exchanged to the delivery person when receiving the new item.

Geographical Restrictions: This policy is applicable only to customers in the UAE. We are unable to process exchanges for other GCC countries and Iraq, though we will try to offer possible solutions in case of issues.
